Owner + Principle 

W. David Torok

W. David Torok graduated from University of Texas - Arlington with a Bachelors of Arts in History and a Minor in Economics. David then went on to St. Mary’s University where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Since then, David has been practicing law in the Houston, Texas area for over 30 years. This has allowed him to to gain valuable experience in diverse areas of law.

David has been published in a variety of law journals and seminar publications, namely: National Association Of Retail Collection Attorneys Newsletter, Brazoria County Bar Association Seminar, and Real Property Foreclosure: A Step-by-Step Workshop.

David is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.  In addition, he is admitted to practice law in the following courts: the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas and Northern District of Texas.
